Beazley’s Smart Tracker Syndicate 5623 has received Lloyd’s approval to write up to $350mn of business in 2022, up 75% on its planned premium levels for 2021, this publication understands.

Its stamp capacity is understood to be increasing by 42% to £204mn ($281mn).

Syndicate 5623 is a follow-only special purpose arrangement, founded in 2018, that writes exclusively market facilities business and uses data provided by brokers to industrialise its portfolio.
