Beat Capital Partners is merging with Paraline UK, owner of the Icat Lloyd’s syndicate 4242.

Paraline, owned by Elliott Management and Wand Partners, will become a meaningful investor in Beat, Tom Milligan and John Cavanagh’s venture capital firm.
