NB Re raises $19.2mn from Bermuda share issuance

NB Re has raised $19.2mn from a share issuance on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, the company announced. 

The fund manager was formed after Neuberger Berman acquired ILW specialist Cartesian Re in 2018.
