Craig Hupper, former senior vice president and managing director at TransRe, has confirmed his retirement at the end of 2023.

Hupper said in an email that he expects to remain involved in selected reinsurance and ILS ventures.

He had spent more than 25 years at TransRe, joining in 1998 as vice-president of non-traditional underwriting and head of retrocession.
