Munich Re renews first tranche of Eden Re sidecar at $28.5mn

Munich Re has renewed the first tranche of its Eden Re sidecar for 2024, listing $28.5mn of Class A notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, a roughly 62% increase on last year.

The reinsurer renewed the Class A notes at $17.5mn last year, down on the $42.1mn recorded in 2022 and $55mn in 2021.
