Howden Tiger has appointed Martin Ford as an executive director in its property retro team.

Based in London, Ford will join the global specialty team and report to Paul Esterbrook, managing director.

Ford brings 36 years of experience in the insurance industry, including a 26-year stint at Gallagher Re, formerly Willis Re.
