Nascent Group has appointed Warren De Klerk to lead its catastrophe bond administration.

De Klerk joins the insurance manager and reinsurance transformer from Artex Risk Solutions’ cat bond administration team, where he was responsible for creating special-purpose insurers and closing cat bonds.
