USAA seeks additional $100mn coverage for Residential Re cat bond

United Services Automobile Association (USAA) is targeting up to $100mn more coverage with its latest Residential Re cat bond deal, to a total amount of $400mn.

The insurer is seeking indemnity per-occurrence cover for tropical cyclones, earthquakes (including fire following), severe thunderstorms, winter storms, wildfires, volcanic eruptions and meteorite impacts across all 50 states of the US and the District of Columbia.
