Beazley issues third private cyber cat bond

Beazley has issued a private cat bond covering cyber risk perils for a value of $16.5mn, its third such issuance this year, according to a Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) filing.

The bond matures on 8 January 2024 and is believed to be an extension of two other private bonds issued this year.
