Arch Re has promoted Crystal Doughty to property CUO and William Soares to casualty and specialty CUO, reporting to CEO Jerome Halgan.

In addition, Arch Re global CUO Pierre Jal moved to Zurich to take over as Europe CUO, while president Matthew Dragonetti has expanded his responsibilities to lead client-centric initiatives at Arch Worldwide Re.
