Delaware Court grants stay on White Rock and liquidators

The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware has granted a revised order for a motion that is seeking to enforce a stay against White Rock and the joint provisional liquidators (JPLs) of certain of its segregated cells.

It comes after JPLs Charles Thresh and Michael Morrison of Teneo Bermuda agreed the revised order with White Rock and Vesttoo.
