Zurich’s ILS hub is home to two of the three largest UCITS cat bond fund managers, so in theory the local industry should be sitting as pretty as its lakeside location, given the recent surge of investor interest in the liquid ILS segment.

Naturally, the local focus is on how the UBS-Credit Suisse merger will play out, and on how long local investor interest will take to recover.
