Vermont captive Oak Tree Assurance priced its Acorn Re bond issuance with the final size at $150mn, up from its recently updated target of $100mn-$175mn, this publication understands.

The size of the bond has increased from the initial target of $100mn.

The pricing guidance has also been updated to 4.35%
