Eclipse Re has issued $18.7mn of cat bond lite notes, comprising $8.7mn of Series 2023-1A Notes and $10mn of Series 2023-2A Notes.

It is the first cat bond lite issuance of the year from the Bermuda-based transformer vehicle Eclipse, operated by Artex.
