R&Q eyes separation of Accredited from legacy, expects 2022 loss of $30mn-$40mn

Randall & Quilter (R&Q) is exploring options to separate its program management business Accredited from its legacy division, which will include a legal reorganisation and transactions with third parties.

The company, which sponsored legacy sidecar Gibson Re, has also announced preliminary 2022 results, which revealed it expects to book a $30mn-$40mn pre-tax operating loss for the year.
