Former Aeolus pricing analyst James Anfossi has moved to Vesttoo as assistant vice president, portfolio manager, as the Israeli-based investment firm continues building out its plans for an ILS fund.

Anfossi was an analyst at Aeolus from early 2021 to September this year, and before that a risk analyst at Fidelis from mid-2018 to January 2021.
