Axa Climate and Swiss Re are taking the insurance industry lead in a sub-sovereign risk transfer programme to provide flood risk cover for Lagos State, Nigeria.

The tripartite project bringing together actors from government, the insurance industry and development organisations has funds of EUR1.6mn ($1.6mn)
