Allianz Re has named Denis Pehar as its chief market officer (CMO) to look after the firm’s third-party business and made some internal promotions to pick up his former responsibilities, this publication understands.

Pehar has been with Allianz Re since 2013 and was most recently head of third-party P&C business, in addition to leading its agricultural operations in various global divisions.
