InsurTech incubator Mltply, backed by ILS firm Resolute Global Partners, has set up Latin American platform Proxima to offer software and back-office support to InsurTech firms.

It has set up operations hubs in Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic; and Quito, Ecuador; to help insurers to staff and expand their IT, customer service, sales, underwriting and claims capabilities.
