Deutsche Bank has hired Philippe Kremer as director of the structured credit and financial institutions group (FIG), insurance solutions.

Kremer was previously director of structured solutions global markets at Citi for three years, and before then was deputy head of ILS structuring for the Americas at Swiss Re Capital Markets.
