Pricing has settled above initial guidance on TransRe’s Bowline Re cat bond issuance, as the Class A notes downsized by $10mn.

The spread on the Class A notes has settled at 635 basis points (bps) or 2.8x the sensitivity case expected loss at 2.25%.
