Aeolus must return $20mn of capital to Credit Suisse in relation to a disputed ILW contract, the Supreme Court of Bermuda ruled on Friday.

The dispute hinged on whether an alternative reporting agency should have been used to determine a payout connected to 2018 Typhoon Jebi.
