The Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) has promoted COO Shanna Lespere to a new permanent role as deputy CEO, effective immediately, in the regulator’s latest senior board appointment.

Lespere will now be responsible for providing executive leadership and driving the strategic direction of the BMA’s operational, human capital and regulatory policy implementation.
