Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM Bermuda) and Security Benefit Life Insurance Company have provided a $150mn, 10-year loan credit facility to HG Global.

The funds will be used in part to pay a $120mn dividend to White Mountains Insurance Group, of which HG Global is a subsidiary, and to other equity holders of HG Global.
