Fund administration platform Centaur to join Waystone

Fund administrator and ILS service provider Centaur is being bought by the Waystone Group in a deal subject to regulatory agreement.

Centaur has more than 220 staff and provides fund administration and fiduciary services to more than 120 client groups across the globe, with offices in Ireland, the US, Canada, Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and the UK.
