IAG and two policyholders file appeal in Australian High court over BI test case

Two policyholders and insurer Insurance Australia Group (IAG) have applied to the Australian High Court to appeal against parts of the recent judgment of the Federal Court of Australia in the second test case concerning BI-related losses stemming from the pandemic.

The policyholders are Taphouse Townsville and LCA Marrickville, according to the Insurance Council of Australia (ICA).
