Safepoint Insurance Company is seeking $125mn from a 2022 series Manatee Re cat bond.

Offered in two tranches of notes, the issuance will provide indemnity per occurrence coverage against named storms in the US states of Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey and Texas.
