Vesttoo has closed a treaty reinsurance arrangement for an unnamed Lloyds syndicate, with Acrisure Re broking the deal.

The deal transfers risk to capital market investors and is a multi-peril aggregate stop-loss treaty, with total subject gross net written premiums of $270mn.
