Bermuda Court sets date for Markel Catco sanction hearing

Markel Catco has said a hearing has been scheduled by The Bermuda Court for 11 March to sanction its investor buyout schemes.

The sanctioning would mark one of the final steps for Markel Catco to proceed with its proposed buyout of investors in its Private Fund and Public Fund.
