Catco funds to update Bermuda Court in hearing this week

Markel Catco has requested that the Bermuda Court schedule a direction hearing at which the Court can be updated on recent developments after it won over previously dissenting investors to its proposed buyout.

The hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, 16 February at 15:00 Atlantic Standard Time.
