Parsyl secures $25mn and announces US MGA

InsurTech Parsyl has raised $25mn in Series B financing, bringing on board venture capital fund HSCM, and is launching a US MGU and expanding the scope of Lloyd’s Syndicate 1796.

HSCM is part of Hudson Structured Capital Management.

Other investors in the funding round include Lineage Ventures, Flexport Ventures, executives from the insurance and perishable food industries and existing investors GLP Capital Partners and Luna.
