Florida carriers record 49% drop in litigated claims since July

New litigated claims for Florida P&C insurers dropped by 7% from November to December and by 49% since July’s peak of 6,663, according to CaseGlide data.

Of the 17 biggest Florida insurers it regularly monitors, 11 registered a month-over-month decrease in new litigated claims for December.
