Second Eden Re issuance takes Munich Re sidecar to $190mn for 2022

Munich Re has listed a further $147.9mn of Eden Re sidecar notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, taking the 2022 total fundraise to $190mn.

This is 19% lower than the $235mn of Eden Re capital listed on the BSX last year, reflecting the challenges facing quota share fundraising in the January renewals.
