A judgment in court hearings concerning the schemes of arrangement for Markel Catco’s two funds, which ended on Wednesday, is not expected before January 2022, according to a stock exchange announcement.

The Markel Catco Reinsurance Fund and Markel Catco Reinsurance Opportunities Fund have already had provisional liquidators appointed for restructuring purposes.
