Tim Ronda, a key leadership figure in Aon’s reinsurance team, is leaving the firm and is expected to join TigerRisk in due course, sources told this publication.

Ronda was president of Aon Reinsurance Solutions’ US business and was recently given a new global leadership role, that of global geographic leader, as part of a wider restructure.
