AM Best expects only moderate returns for reinsurance investors

AM Best has said it expects only moderate returns for investors in the reinsurance industry, although it conceded – in a Q&A following its virtual reinsurance market briefing, "Rendez-Vous de Septembre" – the difficulty of making such a call so early in the year.

The Q&A followed a session in which the ratings agency talked participants through its recent global reinsurance report.
