Climate InsurTech firm Demex has hired Stuart Mercer and Bruce Macdonald as senior advisers.

Mercer, who founded InsurTech firm Ventus Risk Management and co-founded Validus Re, will consult on insurance, reinsurance and weather risk, Demex said.
