Florida Citizens gets 20% more cover for same spend

Florida's insurer of last resort, Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, has reduced its coastal account reinsurance spend by $2mn to $302mn for 2015/2016 even as it obtained 20 percent (or $637mn) more cover.
